View Full Version : ok so how do i send in a ticket

SO my phone started closing by it's self and turn on again. I take it to the cell phone retailer I got it from and they do a master reset without asking and now I lost my game and don't know how to go about getting it back. any help would be nice

You might have to start another character and through that new one send in the ID code and screen name from the one you lost. Explain in the ticket what happen and can they re install. It could take a few days.

B (https://games.gree-support.net/home)ut as Ulrich said, it is probably better to start a new game and send a support ticket via the new game so that they have your new phone ID details in the ticket and then provide your old character ID code / Screen name (Case sensitive) / Level / Last Known Login date and time.
