You're looking at the wrong place. KnD processes payments through Google Wallet or its Apple equivalent, so you have to check if those support iDeal.
For Google Wallet I myself used pre-paid creditcards. (Kruidvat sells EUR 25 ones, Primera IIRC sells ones where you can load them with up to EUR 250)
