Accidentally spending 700 gold to finish vault upgrade

Does any know if i have a shot at getting my gold back?. I just lost nearly half a gold vault cause i bumped my ipad. I dont mind starting the vault upgrade for my cash vault again i jus want my gold back and before this LTQ end.

other items have confirm purchase on them. this was actually the first time i put real world dollar into the game.

im devastated. destroyed.

Yes,mate it's worth a ticket, due to the glitchy game we play on android this happened to me and I got my gold back ,I wouldn't count on getting it back today though!

GREE returned my gold twice simply enough, but became rather obtuse about the third time. Seems that a confirmation of ALL gold upgrades is, well slow to rise in importance. Just too easy to swipe that vault button when whipping between screens.

It was happened to me on today as well but I just lost 114 golds in the incident.

For my case I just swallow it since it's only 100 plus golds

yeah mate, we r planning on taking down the FLTQ but my vault was what puts us over the line. hope they sought it ASAP so the faction can get over the line.

ticket number #965083they do a good job refunding when that happens. just put in the description that you lost gold and be polite, they have taken a day to a week to fix the problem but they always fix it
