Why does my ip keep getting banned? I can usually get on this forum about once a week or so, the rest of the time i get a pop up that says my ip has been banned. I send in a request in the contact us, and never hear back. I like using the forums and learning from them. It sucks that i cant use it all the time. Please get back to me please. Thanks.

But Sirius, you've 'chosen' not to receive private messages. As you'll remember perhaps from previous correspondence, this is a common problem. In my experience, use of my phone network is mostly banned.

My account got deleted after updating iOS and MW. I've contacted gree but no reply in 3 days. Would u say that means they're working on it or ignoring it?

Hi, I couldn't update modern war because I didn't have advanced enough iOS. So I downloaded iOS 7 and then updated MW to 3.8.4 and now my account is gone and there is a brand new one instead. Although when I look through my second account on a different device my first account is still there in the faction and has the same stats as before. I was hoping that you could help get back my account on this device. Here are the details of the account: Name: APeX
