Looking to jump in Sin ltq

I'm looking for a sin going through the LTQ to sneak my lvl 8 in for a huge stat boost im in a race with a friend who can get the highest stats on a lvl 10. I can't really offer much help maybe a few hits i'm more less looking for a handout appreciate any help anyone can offer.
