List of 'elite' missions and maps?

Has anyone taken the time to compile a list of all the maps Gree frop in elites into?

If so could you be kind enough to post it please?

Might help for now, but the maps will most likely change again in some way within the next month or two. This was actually a very clever way for them to mitigate the pre-staging that everyone was doing. About the only clever thing I've seen them do in months ...
