Using fewer items as I get stronger???

Hi Folks, a few days ago I was using over 190 total items in a battle @ lvl 14/15 now I'm almost lvl 18 and I'm down to 145. Can I get an understanding on what the heck is happening? I do like the game and its a great multi faceted game with fighting/building and missions BUT if u spend a ton of time building your character up and you get weaker I cant justify continuing to play or even recommending the game to anyone.

i have this exact same problem, my profile is showing 194 weapons 101 armour and 9 vehicles, i'm lv18 with over 90 mob yet am only using about 160 items during a fight where i used to use over 200 at earlier lvls. The people i fight at my lvl are still using way over 200 which is making it hard to progress, whats the deal? Any help appreiciated thanks.

When I'm 15 lvl, I use 202 items, when I get to 16 lvl, I use only 176 items. Although I buy some more weapons and armory, the number of items is still 176? I hope someone will amswer!

As with the link mark posted, its just a display error. Stats are calculated correctly behind the scene. They're probably finding a patch to it :)
