It's stuff like this that makes me tired of the game. I've wasted some gold for the same thing. The lags in this game is so f***ing bad.. It is for us players anyway, not for GREE I guess. That's why I'm a very conservative gold spender now.

Whenever my game lags I clear the ram on my phone. That usually does the trick. But I think asking for a confirm button is reasonable.

It's not just about patience. Misclicks do happen, especially on a small screen.

It is very poor form for an app to NOT have a confirmation dialog for transactional/irreversible actions. OP's request is reasonable.

Happened to me once and I believe this happened to some members in my syndicate too.

Asking for a refund will be pain in the butt.. Gree's customer service sucks..

In Sweden this would never be tolerated and is illegal. This way of doing business is not cool and I see it like a big scam tbo. I've accidentally clicked on a "speed upgrade" for 400 gold. I sent in a ticket and Gree refunded the gold within 6 hours. They nearly HAVE to do this to avoid lawsuits.

It's almost the same as purchasing something with your credit card in a physical store and being overcharged because you hit the wrong button by accident on the card swiper machine.

I couldn't agree more. Everyone hits the wrong button sometimes. Watching 158 gold go away due to an accidental click of the upgrade now button is pretty frustrating. To their credit, gree refunded the gold, but I got lucky, I was upgrading a useless building. If it had been an event building, no way that would have happened. Worries me for the next time... every respectable online company has a confirm purchase button......

I reckon mishaps are pretty frequent as its happened to me a few times and this isn't the first request Ive seen for this. It would ease the ticket situation therefore making sense for Gree to employ it. Go on Gree make it happen as we know you're listening. :)

This has probably been the #1 requested feature over the years and they've shown no sign of giving players what they want. Between CC & MW I've probably gotten reimbursed for 25 or so accidental sales. They could have coded that in less time than it took support to manually re-add my bldgs......

This was a Funzio design feature from the beginning and the programming to fix it would be child's play. You even get a popup to confirm that you can see that you have been robbed.

If you really want to know the mindset at Gree's HQ, this simple little fix being ignored is exhibit A. I hope they get a thousand tickets a day.

Yea it is really humorous that 4/5 letters of Greed are in their name. Too true. Until some lawyer steps up and smash these scammers in the mouth by taking them to court the American way, they'll keep scamming money.

Unfortunitely this isnt Sweden and we don't do anything about companies like this until enough damage has been done that a lawyer has to stand up and sue somebody for it.
