CLOUDRANGE or MAELSTORM?

Both amrs have similar elements. While cloudrange is given during the last GW, it is not obtainable now. I am just curious to know which amr is better?

Maesltrom non+ is only 57 points less than Cloudrange +

Cloudrange looks better, but Maelstrom has better stats.

Mael/+ will be available in all future 30gem chests. Cloud will never be available. It's hard to say which is better because the atk:def is perfectly opposite. Which is why I prefer cloud, as it has 300 more defense. Mael was only given to the masses because of the bug that issued up to 4xWarRewards, & that was way more cloud than they intended in the hands of a small few.

Maelstrom has higher combined stats, so it is better overall IMO. However, the high def of cloudrange makes it superior in certain applications, such as farming the desert for hydra scales.
