Top 400 prize missing

We were well into top 400 with only less than 5 minutes to go... Now we do not have top 400 prize. We received all others. Someone please fix this. I have sent in tickets.

My guess is you got passed (not trying to be a d bag). Leader board was frozen the last hour, there was no way to tell.


I could be wrong...you can check the winners list when it is published to confirm.

Definitely will check... Lots of us holding gold for a last minute push that thought we had it secured... That will suck!

I may be mistaken but the score for 25th looks like it was the same as just before our last battle - caused us some unnecessary extra stress at the end

Well, all I can tell you is that we were 40-50k points inside the Top 400 after making a massive push (scored 158k pts/normally score 30k) in the last hour & yes, spent some gold to do it. Apparently, we thought we made it into the Top 400 and later, one of my players saw in his stuff that we came 16k short.

If you click on the globe for the events, then on the rewards section, right in the middle it tells you how many points you need to get to the next level. That's where we found our's to be 16k from Top 400 on both the iPhone and iPad.

It sucks how the server gets froze, nothing moves, LIKE IT'S SUPPOSE TO and when it doesn't and players get screwed out of their (GREE's) prizes after busting their nuts to get them, we still don't get them. I know GREE's owner lost $2.6B in sales by starting in the phone gaming industry late, but poor customer service like this would be a good way to keep from making it up.

If your board is correct then we definantly was inside the top 400 but as KFH said we didn't get the top 400 prize.

The board is not correct unfortunately. We confirmed it by comparing it to the France winners list.
