There are (pretty much) guaranteed 3-4 day gold sales every 3 weeks during war. There are also multi-day ad hoc gold sales when they release new events, about once a month. That means there are gold sales going on pretty much all the time. Like another poster said... buy a vault during a sale, and use whatever you don't use during war on events.

It is funny that Greed has spoiled us with a gold sale every war. They dont have to do this! I bet that even if they started the sale a day late after a war has started everyone would complain.
