about a week ago i posted this http://www.funzio.com/forum/showthread.php?68437-what-happens-if-you-factory-reset&highlight=factory+reset. and the cc community came to the rescue and gave me more guts to do it. fortunately i sent my ticket in at 9 pm and had my old account back by the next morning. thanks dave from gree support.

thanks. i missed saturday through monday of war, an ltq, and 2 days of a boss event. also missed 2 klout's nerve poison thing because of it

would've been better if u hadn't mentioned any trolls at all. the first part of your post was positive. glad ppl helped you, even more glad to know that gree support helped you. i had a similar issue with the game and gree support helped me a lot. credit where the credit is due :)
