Who should be able to declare wars?

Given the ruined week of planning, strategy, real money spent its time to get this one nailed.

I will accept the outcome of the voting MW community whatever the outcome but if it does show that change is required I urge Gree to take action on this one.

We have a guy deliberately hitting the conquer button and are powerless to stop him till wd is over. Another smart move by the designers

My opinion is, if you have someone declaring war that shouldn't be, boot them. Maybe the option to boot during war should be implemented if you have someone deliberately declaring wars without permission.

That way you don't have to worry about any ill timed declares.

It should probably just be the leader and officers. If a certain faction wants everyone to be able to declare war then they could just promote everyone to officer.

Deff agree with officers and leaders but gree wont do it every faction is different some smaller factions dont always have there officers or leaders on so they need to let anyone be able to declare I think it should be up 2 the leader who declares. Thats the only fair way

We have another new member who is always declaring war and bringing our faction down just a pity the factions are locked down during battle or he would of been kicked the first day

We lost on war in the book because of a rogue war declaration and most likely won one war we should not have because of a rogue declaration. For me, officers and leader only!
