Defense skill of 10000? is it a hacker? how can I denounce?

My faction got matched with another faction in wich the Defense Leader has def skill of 10000 and his def units is 193k
Im 295k def and 50 Att skill and could not defeat him

I have screenshot...
can I post it here? screenshot of the player and the faction

what can I do?

How do you know his SP? It's always hidden!

If your on android it shows def skill points if you attack them. 10k def skill points = hacker ( 3 gained per lvl up , do the maths )

This is a frustration for me as well. I have a 2nd account on an Android so I always see why I lost with the skill points. My primary is an iPad, so I'm left wondering.
