Wierd reply to ticket I sent

350 gold disappeared from my account 2 hours before the war started. I sent a ticket in, and got a reply today. This is what happened. I bought 650 gold, I accrued an additional amount through free video gold. I spent 250 on a the thermal plant. After the accrued and bought gold, minus the 250 geothermal plant I had almost 400 left. 350 disappeared.
The reply from Amy is I spent 350 on a geothermal plant that actually cost 250, thus that's why I'm 350 short because I spent it.
What a load of dog doozy. If I was going to try to cheat gree, it wouldn't be for 350 gold. They damn well better make this right or I will never spend one cent on this game again. I think it was a glitch, but I also want it made right.

Not the point, the point is 350 gold disappeared from my account and Amy replies with a cockamamie reply that doesn't make sense. Her reply should have been, sorry sir, I see your right after looking at your account and verifying you bought this, here is your 350 back.
Hell now I want 10000 gold just because I'm pissed and I feel insulted by their reply.

Cj help? I'm taking this personal, I got jacked with the iOS download( I assume that did it, not sure), but I got brown star'd. Over a year and I've never sent a ticket in. It's the principle now....I don't like being stuffed, considering the fact I've given you guys money on three different teams.

Stephen sent me a message and told me he reimbursed me for my accidental purchase. I now want to know what my accidental purchase is. I couldn't find anything in my store that was 350. And I don't by gold soldiers. I think the on,y gold building I have is geothermal which was 250. If I accidentally purchased a building I want to know what it is, so I can come on here and tell everyone I was wrong. As of now gree might as well take the 350 back because there is no way in hell I'm going to spend that gold under suspicion of gree. I am not a cheater, or scammer, and will lose the gold and keep my reputation thank you

Good for you. A member in our junior faction had 1590 gold disappear tonight. That is always fun especially when you're trying to hero mode it for the last win of your streak... Oh wait never mind.

Yep yep, that gold will rot, I would give it away if I could. I will not let gree have the satisfaction. I'm sure it was a glitch, with the iOS' but since they have taken the position that it was an accidental purchase, like' how am I accidentally going to purchase something? It needs to play through.

I got to give gree credit though, of all the horror stories about taking care of tickets, they did respond pretty quickly with this. I just don't like how this turned out.

Your lucky, ivebeen waiting on a vault of gold since the Interpol harrier event that I paid $105.99 and never received. I keep getting the run around from GREE telling me to follow the steps to request a refund from Apple but Apple says that it's a data push that GREE needs to do but I have sent about 12 tickets and they keep telling me to go to Apple. They have lost a looooooonnnnnggggggg time paying customer and it's BS. I'm glad you got your gold back, just try and be more careful next time. Good luck.
