Sirius, somebody, anybody! Account Gone!

Tried to update MW yesterday. Had to uprade ioS to get download. Ended up having to do a Recovery Restore, and now my account has reset as a new player. I am faction leader of a Top 250 group. Sent ticket in last night, and so far I have received only the auto-response. Please help! I tried to PM you, but got message that you have chosen not to receive PMs.

Same is happening to me. I keep getting the automated response and one saying my ticket has been closed since it has been fixed or is in the process of being fixed, but my account has not been moved over to my new phone. It is getting very frustrating.
