Iphone 4 to 5s - Savegame movement

Hey guys,

I have aked this once before but it seems like my question has been overseen.

I have just recived my new Iphone 5S yesterday and moved my content from my old Iphone 4 (this one) to the new one by cretating the complete backup at 4 and loading it into the 5s.
For some reason my savegame didn't also move course K&D starts with the turorial again.

Understandabyl I now still use the 4 to play but my old Sim card is deactivated,
so I cannot play K&D while beeing outside and I´ll loose a lot of time.
I do NOT want to start a new game everytime I recieve a new cellphone.

What can i do to move this savegame here to the new phone?

As in many other threads... send a support ticket to gree. Include your old "main" friend code, the new device's friend code, and any other info you can remember about the main account to help them verify you are the true owner of the account, things like gems, gold, what guild you're in... any info that can narrow it down. Then hope and pray they get to you quick.

This sounds a little like a guideline for android OS sh**** but maybe I´m just overreacting.

So I just lay back and wait until CL moves my old savegame to the new phone.

Sadly pretty much. You can also PM The Wise One and ask for help that way. 2 avenues of help are better than one. Again, its no guarantee with all the PM's I'm sure they get daily.
