It's 10 wins in a row after completing the the first 8 goals. It's not cumulative, a total of 54 wins is necessary to complete prestige level 9.

You're right, it's not, but it's not easy either. Quite a few factions received it last time, but for most inside top 100 it's extremely difficult, and for top 25 it's near impossible unless your SUP 1.

yes you only need to complete each mini-streak so it isn't really 54 unbroken wins. The last streak is 10 so you could have 44 wins then several losses then 10 wins and get the prestige prize
