if you send a ticket to GREE about wait time, they will tell you that waiting can take up to an hour. I am not gonna copy and paste the email here as that would be my ticket for a ban.

We haven't faced a faction close to us all day, we are just outside top 500 and facing factions in top 100 or better. We just faced a top 50 faction and I guess I don't need to tell you how it went. I know this has been a common problem but this should have been fixed by now.
