Back up your IOS device before running IOS 7 update

We are starting to have some issues with the IOS 7 update at work, worst case so far is one user who did the installation and then could not log back into their iPhone because the update would not recognize their password.

It required a restoration from a previous backup in order to unlock and access the phone again, the IOS 7 update did remain installed. This is starting to become a common problem according to Apple support.....

My wife had the same issue, not only did it corrupt her iTUnes back up it corrupted her iCloud Back up.

we were on the phone for 3 hours with support only to find out its a known issue and they cannot fix it.

thank god i have cracking software and made back ups of my back ups and restored from an extracted/cracked back up.

Sometimes getting delay when inputting pass code into iPhone, wait first and it usually comes good.

I backed up before I installed ios7. I hate ios7 and was angered to discover the backup doesn't cover firmware.

This is why I'm waiting until at least next week to update to iOS7:
- France is upon us in MW
- CC boss event
- KA guild boss event
- Steve Jobs is still dead

There can be no good in upgrading just yet.
