Best mission the level with?

For my own reasons I need to level as fast a possible.. I know it's be posted before but does anyone know the best xp/energy ratio mission? Many thanks

I levelled up the fastest by attacking rivals, "youre the finest commander ive ever served with"

I think using your stamina to attack (not raid) would get you the fastest xp increase. Attacking gives me between 1 and 30 xp while raiding usually maxes out at about 8-10. In an hour you can get 20 stamina and attack rivals earning 200-300 xp. I don't know of any missions that pay out at that rate.

Plus you get the attack x rivals with y allies goal xp.

The natural gas facility, if you dont have max unit buildings. there is a mission there which requires no units, 304 energy and hands out 100exp per hit. (Tanker Navigator)
