Failed to load base..

I've seen this splash screen on several occasions. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm an Android user and this only occurs when traveling to certain rival's bases (mainly "stacked" rivals) It just seems suspicious to me...

yup I see this with one person now. I have seen it with one other.

I've seen it and always on a certain players base use to be able to load it months ago now I can't. Even tried adding as allie and visiting base but it still won't load and you don't get $1000 either
