Your customers deserve a response. The lack of care shown to the people who love this game and throw their money blindly at it is beyond infuriating. We're all used to the pathetic coding problems and ignored pleas to recognize blatant hacking, but the unbelievable greed shown from the tier change during the last few minutes was just shameful. Sirius, A+F, CJ, and all the other moderators should be embarrassed to work for such a pathetic company. WE DESERVE AN ANSWER. At the very least, an apology, but because people dump a ridiculous amount of real cash into CC, we deserve compensation. I see only two reasonable answers:

1. Refund everyone's gold for the past 24 hours of battle

2. Give everyone in their original tiers the prize above them, except for the teams that you modified the rewards for as they would already have received them. Give the top 4-10 teams the #3 prize, the 11-25 teams the top 10 prize and so on. Generate a new prize for Fight Club that doesn't suck horribly for once that they could actually use.

This company and their lack of business ethics makes me want to throw my ipad out the window, but that would make as much sense as expecting a quality product from you. Every war something happens that infuriates us, but this last show of disrespect and thievery takes the cake. You guys are truly an immoral and corrupt group.

All gree has to do to make this go away is return all gold spent the last 24 hrs. It's a quick, easy solution. The other option is for the top 50 syndicates to cut/stop gold spending next war.

CJ: One thing is for sure. Gree needs to have 24 hr observance during War if it is indeed your number one or two money maker in CC. No way should an issue go on for over 6 hours regardless of time of day. Firms do this in many industries when sales, safety etc at stake.

Create a secure website so some selected syn leaders can let Gree know if problems exist etc and what our response will be to any possible solutions.
