Cant see base decorations (Barrel art)

Afternoon all

Im not sure if i saw a thread about this a long time ago but not sure.
Is anyone else seeing this issue?

I have 2 accounts both on ios.

My low level account which ive not long started is abit short of cash so i decided to go visit afew allies to raise some money, I visited my other accounts base and i cant see any of my decorations!

Currently working on some "barrel art" which looks awesome lol but im affraid no one else will see it :-(
