View Full Version : Bugs noticed during the 2nd Guild War

Hey everyone!

I think we can all say, that this 2nd Guild War was a vast improvement from the first one. To make the third one even better i hope everyone will contribute the bugs/flaws he noticed so Gree has a checklist from which they can work.
I will try and keep the opening post updated so everyone can check if they have something new to contribute:


During the wars on day 3 i noticed, that sometimes after a fight there was shown no score and the points were not added to my total.
Sometimes the time it took to load a fight were ridiculously long (up to 1min) and at the end of that time the box with connection issues popped up, which sometimes could only be fixed by a forced app shutdown.
No points rewarded for wins (during 1st Battle only).
Same problem as above but occured a few times and led to game crash.
No points rewarded for a whole battle!
Game crashes resulting in point loss.
Game freezes (during end of a war).
Slow loading time due to many pop-ups.


As a few of the mentioned problems are not bugs or have not occured during the war I will additionally make a suggestion list for Gree, so these are noted as well:

Suggestions:

Contribution credits are buggy for those players who used the same name tag during the guild war event.
Too many startup notifications during the war.

Guilds who fought with the same name as a banner now have a contribution bug that prevents them from getting credit towards guild medals. Though the points still go towards leveling your guild.

The first battle we had in the war, I did not get my points for wins. Thankfully, every time after that it appeared to always be correct.

We had one player in particular who lost points like 3 or 4 times. After the win, when it tried to update the server, he ended up losing the points and energy.

I spent $25 worth of energy on a battle and got 0 points...

Only thing I noticed was that it would crash every now and then. Which, if during a fight, would screw you out of points. Assuming you won. However, one time it crashed when I won and GOT the points with no lose to battle energy! Only happened once though.

I had a couple freezes near the end of a war where it would lock up and make me restart the game and it just gave me 25 war energy instead of points but compared to the first war it was a massive success.

To many start up notifications: Events, crafting and war....slow down loading time.
