Selling buildings

Just curious and I've searched to no prevail. What do you get if you sell a gold building.

Half of the cost of the last upgrade.

Plus, you get half of the cost of the FULL PRICE upgrade BEFORE the discounts are applied.

Example: my gold building cost 80M to upgrade to level 5. If I sell it, I get 50M because the "full price" upgrade is 100M

You should probaby get good money for those buidlings. I never wanted to take the risk of selling my Composites Factory.

I sold 2 nanos mist def buildings and several one hour buildings and some low income buildings during Australia to get the Queensland. Don't regret it one bit. Don't sell high upgraded buildings.

I use nanos as a vault expand of 20mil as you get 10mil each and when i rebuild them later it only costs 18mil so i see it as my vault is 110mil for the le upgrades

I do the same thing. It gets frustrating when you start to need to upgrade both of them to level 2 before you sell them.
