remove that damn bonus making opponents use less allies, its useless and only lowers CP counts >.>

I was really looking forward to that one.

I just logged in and am now unable to upgrade a 2nd building like i could before. This affect anyone else?

whats the point.......almost out of buildings to upgrade as it is.......lets get some more buildings first.....then they can make people pay for that unit again...

Simple, upgrading the ones we have at twice the rate is a huge advantage if you didn't get it the first go around. Level 10 merchant caravans will make boss quests a lot easier.
