I am the leader of a top 150 syndicate. We were just top 100 two battles straight but we had some members disolve from our syndicate, some to join top 25 syndicates and some to create their own syndicate.

We are looking for active Members to fill spots in our syndicate to make it a top 100 again. Noobs please do not apply... we only want the best of the best and ones that are active. Gold spending is not required but is helpful. If you are not a gold spender this would require you to be even more active. Most of our members that are non gold spenders can make 30k IP +

Elemental question. How does your syn communicate?
I hate the ingame chatroom, that´s the reason why I want to leave my current syn.
I would appreciate i f you use gm.
