FLTQ PRIZES and low level (6) members

We had a new faction guy come in, very low level, mid-FLTQ.

Is be eligible for prizes won whole there? We had some good prizes after he joined but I don't see them in his inventory.

Wondering if there is a limit on prizes / level.

Only the prizes won whilst he was there, any prizes won before he joined he doesn't get.
