Anyone know what Liberty Cap will be?

I'm ... clueless right now. Not a box. Shouldn't be an LTQ after the current FLTQ and individual LTQ. I can't even remember what's left (KA ... CC ... they get all mixed up in my brain).

Maybe one of those "Go hit 5 Supply Depots and irritate the heck out of your opponents" events?

It most likely will be an LTQ. Before we knew there was going to be the first true FLTQ before it, it was marked as an LTQ.
