I think about three and a half hours ago on iOS, but longer on android, but I'm used to crashing and strange banking and being chucked out of the screen on android. It's customary

2) horrendous match ups, wildly out of league in both directions eg top 50 and top 4000

3)both platforms
Freezes when declaring battle on the 'shortly' splash screen, and when fighting, as well as when you try to re-enter the game. It says you can't contact the server and the whirly thing whirls round

It can be frustrating, but you have to consider this. Think about Mario or something, a game that doesn't get updates or evolve. You can test it until it's perfect, and then send it on it's way. It'll be fine forever. Our games are always changing, always evolving, we're always working on adding new content and changing things up to keep you interested. With this much change in a fast paced environment, there are bound to be troubles along the way. People complain, get bored, and quit when we don't change anything, so it's more of a question of where the bigger risk is. I totally understand the frustration from where you guys are coming from, and think it's amazing that you like the game and community so much that you stick with us through the turbulence, no matter how much you complain. I get it. We're not always perfect, but we keep trying.

1: 3 rounds now of 25mins, 40 mins, 30 mins
2: Faced a top 25 team, then top 500, then got a fair match top 150-250
3: both. Game seems to freeze, or lag. Takes forever to load battle list. logging in get the messege "need internet connection to play". Sometimes game runs fine, then lag spike and unresponsive.

A&F. There was no new content installed on this battle. So it should have been business as usual. So it may come off as a excuse or explanation but I don't think it is valid. Maybe you should as suggested take game offline and fix it. Design a CrimeCity2.0 that doesn't continually crash...and burn. That is the frustration that we are all feeling.
