Level 19 - 2million defense - only 69 mafia members!

Okay, Is there any point in reporting players???
Right now we are battling this syndicate where the leader is:
- level 19
- Has over 2 million defense
- Only 69 mafia members...
... Another in that syndicate: level 12 - 344409 defense - only 4 mafia members!!!!!

We have previously come across this syndicate, and reported them to Gree as "possibly" cheaters/ glitchers...
I got the same stupid auto message you always get, and it now looks like no action has been taken....
So again my question: should I even bother reporting???

1. Tutorial puts you at level 2 and you can't do anything else that you want before finishing it.
2. With 160-170 mafia, you are sure to have leveled up over 3 times at the least.

@out of names: a level 1 player with 160 mafia members could just be someone who never played but did add a lot of people. ..
.The only reason why I added the mafia member was to show how strong his weapons would need to be to get stats like that...
.Statistically that would require every weapon on average to have over 5000 defense!!

we did come across someone with 46 of the sltq level 20 guns, not sure but he may have done something outside of the rules :P

Not exactly. My wife's phone, when I transferred her old game off there, she opened it back up after wards and she had a brand new game level one that didn't even have the tutorial. I sent a ticket in to gree to let them know what happened and she continued to play it like normal.

It is possible to get any amount of mafia, while not leveling up. On my camper account, I finished tutorial and did nothing but IPH. Needing mafia for MTs and Lofts, I had > 100 mafia on level 3.

EDIT: On SLTQ got the mafia quest triggered and leveled around 6 levels instantaneously.
