Versailles Chest Problem

Am I the only one getting Versailles Chest drops, but not having them count. Counter still says zero despite getting several to drop.

Same promlem here. I collect chests but they don't register as collected. I am on android.

Dropping and staying at zero has been around for a while, I submitted a ticket back in maybe November. Yeah, almost a year ago.

Same problem with my droid. It worked fine at the last event but not with the Versailles chests. :mad::(

Ye have had this sauce on droid since the event started. Sent tickets and standard response. If I do not get 10 because of this glitch, I will be even more upset at his game than usual. Fix this immediately Gree or just award us the 10th prize!

I have wasted several boxes because of this glitch...Do you guys find that it is hard to find a box no matter which way you try, attack, raid or doing missions?

I have 2 accounts one on my phone (android) and one on my iPad. I've been having this problem on my phone since the beginning and my open rate is about 25% of what it is on my iPad. I always use cash to open and I've had almost three times the attempts on my phone vs iPad. Yet on my phone I've only had 5 open 4 were towers. On my iPad on the other hand I've had 7 towers, cash and, 2 units. Is anybody else noticing this?

Last event was pretty much the same with crates opened both accounts ended stuck on 8 with my phone using roughly 5 times the attempts

FYI i use to have this issue about 10 months ago and if i raided i wouldn't get it but doing PVE would still get me the box.

No idea if its the same issue but letting those who are in the situation to try PVE and hopefully you can still participate.

Thanks for your input Thief! I do remember seeing issues like this in the past. I am having some register now. It seems that one out of every 3 or 4 that drop will register, and it does not seem to matter if it is PVE or PVP.

Sorry to hear that. Yea i would notice that if i raided/Attacked my counter would take a box away if one was droped (it would show negative 1 if i had 0) and then bring me back to my original total when i collected. Very frustrating and i believe i ended up boycotting 3-4 Crate events when i did happen. They finally did fix it at least (or at least it had been for me)

Hope they get if fixed for you and anyone else that has the problem.

Thief, this issue on the LLP on android and the boxes do not come get put into inventory time and time again regardless of PvP, pve, or raids.

Ant in many tickets, but no change and standardized for.pm response from Gree.

I started experiencing this problem right after the most current update.. it's weird because I can collect them from raids, but not from attacking. Another issue, is the drop rates have drop SIGNIFICANTLY.

Why did this have to happen as soon as I reached 9 Eiffels? smh

I have collected over 50 chests on android. No problem.
