Error 15

Hey all,

We're working on getting the error 15 issue fixed. If you encounter it, can you try restarting your device and than try to relaunch to get into the app? Please let us know if that works.

Re-installing the app will fix it for sure, but we're trying to figure out if restarting will do the trick.

I know in our guild it just made us lose our guild sentinel. and I am that guy.

so now there is no sentinel and won't let us change it in battle. can you help us out?

cant play the game, even tried deleting it and reinstalling

Restarting begins with me opening the app and getting a black screen only. Then I shut down the app, delete it from the bottom tray and restart the app. A window pops up saying its updating with the percentage bar at the bottom. It gets to 100% and freezes. I close the app and delete it from the bottom tray again. Restart the app again. This time the download completes and goes to the original loading screen. The bar loads all the way to the center of the guys sword wearing Atlantean armor then stops. I wait a while. Nothing. Then I reboot my iPad and start over again.

The definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. I'm a idiot I guess.
