iOS Game Update Changes. No more FREE gems?

Hi

First off thank you for changing order in which crafting armors apear. Putting basics first feels right.

I do need to ask however if the removal of the Free Gems feature was intentional or just a mistake? This only seems to be missing on the iPhone as the iPad still can access free gems.

The change on building for when gold can be collected is also nice. Looks like gold pops up on Nests at 500 (down from 1700) and Training Fields are at 2800 (down from 5000)

It would seem like a mistake since I've still got access to it on Android. Wouldn't really make sense to take it away from the iOS platform only, on the same update no less.

I don't have free gems on either iphone or ipad.

But I am glad to not have to worry nearly as much about fast button or delayed button accidentally crafting epic boss armor when not yet enhanced for plus.

My game wont even launch after update... Knew I shouldnt of done it >_<
For awhile it was just doing a black screen.
Now its been saying its downloading the update then crashes or it takes more than 10 minutes so I restart the dl... Pretty close to just finding a new game. This ones looking like much more hassle then its worth.

And I didn't update the game for my alt and it still gets video ads. It'd be nice if they fixed this quickly though.

I support no free gems as in some countries this feature was never exist.
Hence it is fair enough now :)

The really weird thing about this is that the video queue still exists, and people who haven't updated are still getting new videos.

If they actually wanted to remove the feature, I would think they'd have stopped populating new videos.

Only as long as advertisers buy ads. Consider how abundantly clear it is that almost every player will only start the video ads, and do something else while the video plays, only to come back and most likely start exactly the same video and repeat.

I'm amazed it's lasted this long.

I think it might be an iPad only issue. I know many who are updated and have iPhones with no problem.

not an ipad only issue. My husband and i both have iphones and after update no longer have free gems offers button :(

My iPad has no more free gem button, but my iPhone does. Go figure. Either way, it's a bug. Still not sure which Is the bug though...

i still have it. Maybe if u don't have it, that means there is no free offers in your country in the first place. Too many people use VPN to cheat the system, I'm glad GREE is finally clamping down.

Loading friends for use seems to be faster now. Something good that came with the update I guess.

I can't help but think it must be a bug for some devices. I have a Galaxy S3 and a ipad 3 or 4 I can't remember and I still have the free gem button on both and am still getting free gems.

Hrmm, dang. I like getting free gems and buying chests.. of course ive bought like 10 dark prince chests and never have gotten any armor above 3 stars...
