How do i get my account back?

I just recently got a new iPhone and i couldn't transfer my game from the old device. How do i get my account back.. Someone please help

You would need to have kept all the device and account information.

The easiest way to get this is to email yourself a dummy ticket instead of sending it to the gree support. Everyone should do this anyway in case they lose their game.

If you can't get all of that its going to be a challenge but you could try sending a ticket from your new device with as much info on your old account as possible and see if gree can trace it and swap it over but you will probably need to verify a lot of info. Good luck mate.

You cant. Gree has temporarly suspended account transfers. Ive been waiting for almost 2 weeks.

Hopefully it's resovled quickly, or what's the point of playing? With the new iPhones becoming available on 9/20, alllooottttt of people will be needing to transfer!
