Does anybody know the best job for a lvl51 account to gain A: Experience and B:money, I'm currently in Soho for experience which is helping me level up quickly for reasons I won't bore you with but I find myself running low on cash, who can help??

No, please do bore us with your reasons for wanting to level up so quickly..... Because if you read anything at all on this forum, you would know that the lower your level, the better off you are.

I'm currently doing a job in Soho that pays 19exp for 36 energy I haven't looked that hard but it's best I've found thus far

In that case ignore the cash and accept potentially lower XP/energy, and pre-hit bosses.

You can keep hitting them over and over, and the loot will drop (but not always). This is usually referred to as "farming". There are some spreadsheets around which tell you the best places to farm, but most are no longer updated, because pre-hitting for LTQs is a significantly better use of energy than farming items.

To gain the most xp/energy, you want to hit the one-click Modern Loft in Liberty Park.
56 energy for 37xp

To gain the most $/energy you'll probably want to hit the Factory in Pier13. 762 energy for an avg of $37,000, but if you're going for money AND xp, just rob Movie Theaters, Lofts and NCs.
