USSR Alliance is recruiting. We finished 400 in India (with limited players), 364 in Poland. Not sure about wars before that. But we are typically a top 300-400 faction looking to push into Top 250.

1) Be ACTIVE
2) Score min 20k+ (ideally 40k) WD
