We don't reimburse crates or LE sets, due to the random nature of the contents.

No please cj54 i knew this would be the case.

I have no history of buying them in the past so wouldn't that add to the fact that this was a mistake please....

You can take the unit it was even a good one for the crate thus showing even more i did not mean to purchase that.

Lol ohh gotcha. I was thinking Vault and i was thinking how is it possible to buy a vault of Gold?

Anyways yea i once bought a LE set when i was looking at them....and didn't even bother attempting to get a refund (it was more than 90 gold too) however i believe since then they at least added a confirmation button.

Yeah oh well i would really like it back but i understand why they couldn't.

I think overall there needs to be A lot more fail-safes implemented in the game. Its very easy to buy something you do not want.

I have done that in KA before, its BS that they wont refund it as their is no (at least at the time i did it) confirmation button.

Itunes will refund all purchases if they agree that a company is mistreating customers. Gree is on the naughty list over at apple.

I would like a link if you have one i tried to contact cj directly about the matter via PM's but i have not had a response. I find it funny that a company would not want to help its gold members out. It might be time to take a break from gold.
Cj if you are reading this I would love to not contact apple and handle this in house like I know you can.

Would like to update everyone, I received my gold back in less then 24 hours! With all the hate on gree i think its good to spotlight the good that they do!

yea our faction leader got his account transferred to his new phone in less than 24 hours they have been stepping it up lately good job gree!!!!
