I recall it was offered in one of the first WD events: upgrade 3 buildings at once. I think it was one of the top 3 prizes but my memory might not be 100%. If it is offered again, it will probably be after spending $1000

Gree should make that the published unit for the $10k bonus tier, I imagine a lot of people would somehow make it happen. The other option is for an auction event - that would be the most competitive top 50 ever.
