If you are worried about XP, let me save you some trouble: don't EVER do a quest-based LTQ. Ever. Ever. Ever. They are all basically the same in terms of how much energy and XP are involved, so I don't even know why you bother looking.

I'm level 215, so I stopped caring about XP a looooong time ago.
