I run MW on both the Nexus 10 and Nexus 7. They run with no issues at all. The Nexus 10 is $399 and the Nexus 7 is $229. Either one has plenty of power for MW or any other game.

I just started a second account on my new Nexus 7. No problems running MW, but some apps haven't updated to 4.3 yet. The display is top notch, everything looks geeat. I'm pretty happy overall.

Asus T700 runs it just fine. With the snap in keyboard they run about $200 used. Granted mine is about 2-3 years old but it has less issues than most iOS users report

I use the Samsung 10.1 Note. bit more expensive, about 500, but well worth it. It has a quad core processor that slices through any app and you can run two apps simultaneously. The S Pen note feature is nice for war time, you can write down intel and relay back withoit having to use a pen and paper. Battery life isn't bad for the average user.

In your price range or best option is the nexus 7. You could go with the samsung galaxy tab 7.0 but the nexus is more powerful and will run app a lot better. If you are willing to spend 500 and wait a couple of months then I would buy the new samsung galaxy note 10.1. Like the person said above you can do a lot with it but the newer version of the note 10.1 is a lot more powerful with a lot more optionson it. It has aa lot better screen. It also comes with 3 gigs of ram which will allow or apps to run smoothly. It will be the most powerful tablet around. But if you don't want to spend 500 I bet you could find a good deal on the samsung nexus tablet from last year.

I would go with the more expensive range of tablets, I have two sub $100 Android 4 7" tablets and they are ok. Slow and can be prone to occaisional lock ups. Far better then the LG pos Android 'smart' phone which is virtually unuseable. So built in memory is an important consideration since MW wants to run there and not from a card. Walmart is currently selling one for $64 cdn which looks like my $80 Android tablet. One other thing to consider is battery life, the cheap Android pads have really lousy battery life so during battle weekends they live plugged in and turned on because booting up can be a slow process granted nothing is as slow as a Playbook.....

At the top end of you price range you are getting into iPad mini range, especially a refurb from the Apple store. Note that I don't recommend used unless an Apple refurb since batteries are stupid expensive to replace.

And not all iPads work well with MW, first generation iPads are very crash prone. Second gen and up are not so the mini to latest are good.
