On one of my accounts I have two West Side Beaters (the item for Crime Spree 2/3) but not yet the Borrowed Trouble for pt 1/3. If I get the gun and don't jump straight to 3/3 then it's a scam.

Otherwise you just need to complete Zeemer's sentence...

True-ish, sis. Open-10s are infinitely easier than they were a few months ago, and the side-quests are still easier than finishing the open-10's used to be.

it is well and truly completable by a free player. Not guaranteed, but achievable.

Well yesterday I got my tesla and it was a pleasure to put it in my garage ..8/8 Today though I completed the bloody hatchets 10/10 and got the Gein Beretta. Two for two. ...have to say first time I got both quests way before the end....probably just luck...maybe Gree giving something back..just sayin'

i hate to defend Gree because i think they are terrible at execution, implementation and delivery of this game in so many aspects.... but I got all the top items from this event, with cash open only... in both of my 2 characters.

I guess using Vodafone 3G there can't be amy connectivity issue. Something is definitely wrong. When i get something out of it i get 2/3 in a row. I got 4 consecutive hatchets on cash options.

Are you, perchance, referring to when GREE told FC the reason they were receiving bizarre matchups (e.g. one-man syndicate of a guy level 100-something) because of connectivity issues two wars ago?

Because having no connection to the server guarantees a BLNT during a cash open. If you have no connection to the server when doing a gold open, you get a "cannot connect to the server, please check your internet connection and try again" error message.
