The Confederation - 218.615.918 - Recruiting for last 2 or 3 in a 38 person faction (we may leave a slot open for flexibility for the "right" player later)
We are a worldwide faction with a couple of us on the other side of the world from the US (UK, and Asia). Although, our heaviest fight time is US daytime. We stayed in the hunt for Top 250 during most of the last war. We finished in 322nd place.
Stat requirements:
Allys - 500. If you're around 400, we can get you the rest of the way with some effort on yours, and our part. We have a few members who will get your code out and you'll usually start getting 2-3 req an hour.
Attack and Defense - We aren't going by a minimum anymore. We'd like you to be 100k+
Donations: 250-500k a day, depending on your stats, level and current events. If you're light on stats and a war is coming in the next few days, we want you buying higher priced units to get your stats up. However, don't go weeks without donating either. A few of us are raiding beasts who contribute millions per day, so we don't mind but don't be a free loader.
Anything under 7500 in WDP puts you up for removal review by officers. Expect close to 100k in PvP. Communication is key. If you let us know what is going on, you'll live to fight another day with us (pardon the pun ;) If nothing, gone.

Infantry Attack +5%
Ground Defense +20%
Air Defense +15%

Guild is +18, which means the initial 20, plus 18, which gives us 38 members total
You get laughs as we have a good time. You get friendship as we will encourage you with whatever troubles you, we'll congratulate you on making 10k, 50k, whateverK. Tips and advice (yes, I lift a lot from the FAQs here and post on the faction forum).
We will boot for inactivity. Don't participate? We will kick. If you've been on awhile and have a good reason, we'll also let you back in. If you aren't participating pre-war, then we may kick you before the war if warnings are ignored.
