Moving Gold around?

Is there a way to move gold to another game? I want to transfer some gold from my HLP to my LLP...or maybe even to a faction member....

I did move gold around between my CC and MW account. They had to be at the same device and you had to be best friend with Kristin..... ( Miss that women )...
Now I dont know if that is possible but moving gold between your Hlp an Llp want work since they are not on the same device...
