I'm still waiting!!! I have deleted and re-installed that app 5 times now I have also done hundreds of force app shut downs but nothings is working all my faction have received there's and I'm still waiting i will not be spending a single penny until this matter is resolved!!

Gree normally takes 1-2 days before you receive your unit after the event

Not entirely true. We usually get them within minutes, an hour at the most. Maybe it has something to do with the time Gree's taking to sort stuff out and post the final ranking. Or they fouled up again. Send a ticket. Best albeit poor advice I can give you.
