low 600s faction in India looking for some night help

We are a growing faction currently with 32 members and looking to add up to 6 more before france and we would like to add some more help to our current night force of around 5. We finished 9/10 of the total win missions in india and if we can get a couple more wins from the night shift we are hoping to complete 10/10 in france.
The only requirements is activity and the use of our chat app. With the groups we seem to face stats of over 50k would be preferred
With the way we performed in india we are hoping to take top 500 in the battle after france

We took our guild space up to 38 and after a small.merger of 6.active new members we still have room for 3 more and we are still trying to build our night shift so Australians would be more than welcome to join,
We are also going all in with our money and are trying for the 6th health bonus by france so some higher iph members would.also.be great
