it's on your donation screen, not the bonus screen.

Those aren't going to be more bonuses, those are going to be a different sort of item to collect (e.g. like "bricks") that will have some sort of function in future syndicate events.

Syndicate boss levels compete as a syndicate to kill the boss but i bet you need items to call the boss for a fight.

Yes, with a quite appalling drop rate for the orbs. It was announced that these will be purchasable after next update. Now there's a surprise! :p
