Problems getting into battle

Have two members on my team that can't get into battle says, its says camping over soon??? and all their forum messages are from a couple hundred days ago... anyone else having this issue??

Having an issue on Android where it keeps telling me to update the app. So I download the latest version off the Playstore and it says it still needs updating.
