With all of the anit-GREE threads out there I wanted to thank GREE and let people know they do still have customer service.
This morning my phone froze as I was collecting my daily log on bonus. I continued to click and accidentally purchased 2 gold units. I promptly sent an email. and in less than 12 Hours got a respoce saying they returned the Gold and took the units out of my inventory.
To the person that helped (wont name names since I don't know if that is against policy) THANK YOU.
I hope everyone has as positive experience as I have.
